There are many reasons we feel stressed, some feel stress from work, family concerns can be stressful, and relationships can also be stressful. Sometimes meeting deadlines, traveling, or maintaining ones daily routine can bring us stress. In 2020, and in 2023, participants took part in a stress survey. The majority of participants in the 2023 survey marked their stress around 5 or 10 on a scale of 1 – 10. The Covid-19 pandemic and many other concerns definitely added to the stress of many across the globe. In this blog we will list some ways you can cope when you are feeling stressed.
